Additions to the already-existing driver based budgeting capabilities in Host Budget enable finance departments to analyze budget model sensitivity at a very detailed level based on changes to business drivers, which facilitates:
- Detailed level “what if” analysis based on changes to business drivers.
- Sensitivity analysis of business drivers.
- The use of top down plans as targets and comparison to the bottom up plan.
- The seeding of the bottom up plan at a detailed level from the top down plan as a starting point and target for the detail operational budgets.
