Technology |

Host Analytics has focused on Microsoft
as our main technology in creating our software – Microsoft SQL Server
database, Microsoft Analysis Services OLAP Engine, Microsoft’s application
development tools and integration with Microsoft Excel (within the
browser for thin client/zero foot print). By focusing on Microsoft,
we have been able to produce the most light weight web-based product
and the most integrated product with Microsoft Excel. The best thing
about it is that we have a familiar Excel-like interface – but it
is within the internet browser so that all updates and queries are
made without having to install the application on the client side.
Our combined suite of applications utilizes a single database model
ensuring data integration and sharing throughout the entire Business
Performance Management (BPM) Suite.
The architecture of the software is designed to interface with any
general ledger, or other source system – ensuring automated loads
from all of your operational systems. We have a relational analysis
design with integrated OLAP design for budgeting,
and multi-dimensional reporting. The combined relational and multi-dimensional
design provides the optimal performance by supporting granular detailed
account information that can be drilled to from higher account levels.
This combined OLAP/Relational architecture is superior in performance
and management to our competition that provides an OLAP only or Relational
only architecture. Our competition’s architecture typically has layered
software that integrates with live transactional systems for much

Support |

Host Analytics has support around the
clock – 7 days a week. The support you get will be from an actual
technical person – not an administrator. This way, you get someone
that can understand your problem and give you immediate feedback to
resolve the problem quickly. One of the nice things about our support
is that there are no options – our standard support program is the
best – 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. As a global company, we
shift our support to our employees overseas depending on what time
of day it is, so that you will always converse with a fresh person
every time you contact support. This also provides for a continuous
effort to the resolution of your problem 24 hours per day. We offer
other support options such as on-line access to update and technical
information and an automated CASE MANAGEMENT system with history logs
that can be accessed by our customers. All of these support options,
whether they are self-service or working with our knowledgeable technical
support people combine to provide you the fastest and effective technical
support available for our type of software.
