John Perkins

John brings over 20 years experience in the technology industry. Most recently he served as vice president of Americas sales at ProofPoint, where he created a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) selling strategy and managed sales, technical sales, account management, professional services and OEM sales, driving record growth for the company.

Prior to that, John drove sales at several SaaS companies including QuickArrow (acquired by NetSuite) and Portera Systems.

The Other Stuff

John graduated from UC Davis where he earned a degree in Economics and Finance.

John is married and has three children that are all very active in various sports. John spends his weekends as a taxi driver and a youth sports fan.
