• Jon Kondo

  

  Chief Executive Officer
  

  Most recently, Jon was Group Vice President, North American Enterprise Performance Management at Oracle. In that capacity he was responsible for over 200 people and all EPM revenue in NA. Prior to Oracle’s acquisition of Hyperion Solutions, Jon was VP and General Manager of the Americas where he had full P&L responsibility for the entire Americas Field Organization with revenues in excess of $560 MM and over 400 people including Sales, Consulting, Education and Field Marketing. Jon was instrumental in integrating the Hyperion Americas team into Oracle.

  Jon was also deeply involved in Hyperion’s push into the BI space, serving as VP of BI for North America and subsequently as the global head of BI. He also was responsible for integrating newly acquired technologies into the field running the Emerging Technologies Business along with BI. During his tenure Hyperion successfully integrated several acquisitions. Jon held several other positions at Hyperion including Western Region VP, Sales Director and Account Executive.

  Jon has also spent time as a Worldwide Account Manager with a multibillion dollar global outsource manufacturing and fulfillment company serving the software industry. He also has been a founder and partner in a promotional marketing agency serving Silicon Valley companies. He began his career as a Sales Intern with IBM and has sold telecommunications equipment.

  Jon holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara. Jon lives in the Bay Area with his wife and three daughters. Both he and his wife are strong supporters of the San Carlos Educational Foundation believing that quality education is critical for our future. When he is not driving Performance Management Jon enjoys snow skiing, golf and cooking.

• Kelly Bodnar Battles

  

  Chief Financial Officer

  Most recently, Kelly was VP, Finance at IronPort Systems where she was the first finance hire and was responsible for building and leading the finance, accounting, administrative and various operational functions during her six years there. During her tenure at IronPort, the company grew from $2M to $250M in annual bookings and was sold to Cisco Systems (NASDAQ: CSCO).

  Before IronPort, Kelly was a Director in HP's Strategy and Corporate Development group, a Strategy Consultant with McKinsey and Company, and a Corporate Finance Associate at J.P. Morgan. Kelly graduated with a B.S.E. from Princeton and M.B.A. from Harvard, both with honors. Kelly lives in the Bay Area with her husband, and their 2 children and labrador retriever.

• John Perkins

  

  Vice President of Sales

  John is responsible for all Sales at Host Analytics. John brings over 20 years experience in the technology industry. Most recently he served as vice president of Americas sales at ProofPoint, where he created a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) selling strategy and managed sales, technical sales, account management, professional services and OEM sales, driving record growth for the company. Prior to that, John drove sales at several SaaS companies including QuickArrow (acquired by NetSuite) and Portera Systems.

  John graduated from UC Davis where he earned a degree in Economics and Finance.

  John is married and has three children that are all very active in various sports. John spends his weekends as a taxi driver and a youth sports fan.

• Richard Broome

  

  Vice President of Customer Services & Support

  Richard oversees the customer support, hosting operations, security and IT infrastructure hosting services that Host Analytics provides to its global SaaS CPM customer base. He joined Host Analytics as Director of Professional Services in 2004 and has overseen the development of implementation & support procedures for Host Analytics’ SaaS offering. In addition Richard and his leadership team have implemented and manage Host Analytics’ world class hosting infrastructure ensuring our customers receive the most elite service levels in continuous uptime, security & performance.

  Prior to joining Host Analytics Richard held numerous leadership positions with Albertson’s Food & Drug and CARQUEST Auto Parts with full P&L responsibility over distribution center operations. Most recently with CARQUEST Auto Parts, Richard was responsible for implementing numerous technology initiatives and led the coordination between technology and operations teams throughout the corporate enterprise. Richard lives in Ponca City, Oklahoma with his wife and two daughters.

• Keri Brooke

  

  Vice President of Marketing

  Keri manages Host Analytics’ product marketing activities. She also oversees lead generation, PR and Analyst Relations.

  Keri comes to Host Analytics with 15 years in the CPM space. She started in Consulting Services management in Hyperion UK, moved into product marketing in 1998 and made a move to the Hyperion US HQ in 2000.

  She managed the highly successful release and launch of Hyperion Planning and subsequently ran Product Marketing for all of Hyperion’s packaged applications. d. During her time in corporate marketing Keri managed Hyperion’s global launch and marketing programs. Most recently Keri was with Oracle where she led the Product Management team responsible for all the Oracle EPM Planning products.

  Between Hyperion and Oracle Keri spent time in a start up called WineQuest that provided wine menu management tools and hosted on-line training for front of house staff in the hospitality industry.

  Prior to working in high tech, Keri held positions in Finance and IT for large organizations such as Ciba Geigy and Unilever.

  She is a chartered UK accountant and has a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Sussex.

  Keri is a self confessed foodie and loves to travel the world at every opportunity.

  
  

• Mark Bauer

  

  Vice President of Product Management
  

  Mark is responsible for defining the detailed product direction for the Host Analytics Corporate Performance Management Suite. He comes to Host Analytics with 19 years of Product Management, Technical Sales, Finance and Consulting experience. Most recently Mark was with Oracle where he led the team which was responsible for Product Management for the Oracle Business Intelligence Suite. Prior to Oracle, Mark held various roles in Product Management and Technical Sales with Hyperion Solutions and Arbor Software.

  Prior to working in the Software space, Mark was responsible for Finance, Planning and Analysis for a Pepsi Bottling operation. Also, Mark held various positions with Andersen Consulting working with a variety of clients in the consumer packaged goods and manufacturing industries. Mark has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Missouri at Columbia.

• Sreedhar Peddineni

  

  Vice President of Development & India Operations
  

  Sreedhar manages the Product Development organization of Host Analytics and its technology center at Hyderabad, India. In his prior roles at Host Analytics, Sreedhar was the founding director of Host Analytics operations in India and has played an instrumental role in building and managing the Product Development and Services organizations of Host Analytics, during its formative years. During his tenure at Host Analytics, Sreedhar spearheaded the product development effort on the first comprehensive and scalable On-demand (SaaS) solution for Corporate Performance Management.

  Prior to Host Analytics, Sreedhar was associated with Tata International Limited, a part of the Tata Group, where his responsibilities included Budgeting & Planning and business development.

  Sreedhar holds a Master Engineering degree from Anna University and CFA certification from ICFAI, India. Sreedhar lives in Hyderabad, India with his wife and two sons.

• Ron Baden

  

  Vice President of Services
  

  Ron is responsible for overseeing the pre-sales, services and training groups within Host Analytics.

  Ron brings 15+ years experience to Host Analytics selling and implementing CPM solutions. Prior to joining Host Analytics Ron served as the CEO of RTC Consulting, a consulting firm specializing in implementing CPM solutions including the Host Analytics suite. In this capacity Ron was both a reseller as well as implementing a methodology that drove near 100% customer satisfaction.

  Before RTC Ron served as Vice President of Customer Services at Merador, a boutique Cognos/IBM Platinum services partner. Under his guidance Merador grew consulting revenues by over 300% and was named to the San Francisco Business Times Fast 100 Hall of Fame four years in a row. He also spent 6 years at Comshare/Infor a provider of CPM solutions where he won numerous awards in pre-sales.

  Ron has a BA in Accounting, Georgia Southwestern State University

  Ron lives in Tucson, Arizona with his wife and his two children.

• Ric Ratkowski

  

  Vice President of Product Strategy
  

  Ric manages our overall product strategy and brings over 30 years experience in Finance and Accounting. He has held strategic roles in the design of financial analytic and performance management applications within the top software companies in the industry including Braun Technology and Arbor Software. Additionally, Ric held financial executive level positions at multi-national corporations with first-hand involvement in the monthly close, financial planning and budgeting and the strategic management processes. He has been a key member of the executive team at Host Analytics since 2002 and pioneered the SaaS infrastructure at Host Analytics.

  Ric has a Masters in Finance and a Bachelors degree in accounting from St. Louis University and is a CPA.

  He lives with his family in St. Louis, Missouri.

• Chris Wheeler

  

  Director of Channels and Alliance Partnerships

  Chris is responsible for all the partner and alliance activities at Host Analytics.

  Chris comes to us with more than 15 years of experience in the technology industry, the last 10 years spent specifically in Performance Management and Business Intelligence. In the early 2000’s, Chris worked for Hyperion Solutions as a Senior Manager in their consulting organization, then later moved to Geac, acquired by INFOR Corporation, as Director of Professional Services for the Western half of the United States. Most recently, Chris served as Vice President of Partnerships for a Bay Area start up focused on outsourced accounting and finance solutions.

  Chris holds a MBA from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, and a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Capital University in Columbus, OH.

  Chris currently lives near Albany, NY with his wife and their 3 children.

• Kim Morton

  

  Director of Human Resources

  Kim is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources at Host Analytics, Inc. She leads recruitment, performance management, and global compensation and benefits efforts.

  Kim brings a wealth of HR experience with over 20 years experience. Most recently, she worked at IronPort Systems, acquired by Cisco Systems in 2007, where she held a number of worldwide HR positions. From 1998 to 2006, Kim worked at Macromedia, Inc., (since acquired by Adobe Systems), where she initially lead compensation, benefits and systems, and later headed up global HR sales. She has also held positions at Target Therapeutics/Boston Scientific and Applied Technology Associates.

  Kim holds a BS in Business Administration from Cal Poly State University and a MS in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco.

  Kim loves to participate in local triathlons and marathons but still finds time to enjoy San Francisco’s many cultural events.

• Jim Eberlin

  

  Founder & Chief Customer Officer

  Jim Eberlin founded Host Analytics in May 2000 and led the company as CEO until June 2008. Under Jim’s leadership, Host Analytics put into production the first On Demand Corporate Performance Management application in January, 2001.

  Prior to Host Analytics, Jim was CEO of Tapestry Computing FAS, a consulting company specializing in financial analytics and ERP software implementations. Jim grew Tapestry into the 20th largest Oracle reseller world-wide. Jim successfully sold Tapestry to Braun Consulting, a public consulting company with practices in business intelligence, ERP, and CRM, that was later acquired by Fair Isaac. Jim’s companies have been published in books such as Renting Business Applications, by Mary Lacity and Getting Partnering Right, by Neil Racham, author of Spin Selling.
  
  Jim has been on the speaking circuit for performance management and global information technology sourcing. Jim has a BA in business at Maryville University. Jim and his family live in St. Louis, MO.
